Born and raised in Massachusetts, Jan and her husband Dr. Jason Kingsbury (Professor of Organic Chemistry at California Lutheran University) completed their cross-country relocation to California in September, 2013.

Seeking a challenging position within an evolving company where she could utilize her keen service-oriented abilities, innate attention to detail, resourceful problem solving skills, creativity, initiative, and effective communication and collaboration skills, she met John LaRocca.  Throughout Jan’s career in Massachusetts she was a support-oriented team member with three successful startups.  The wealth of experience and diversity she offers is largely due to the exceptional experiences she was rewarded with through her commitment to start-ups, where personal and professional potentials are limitless.

Currently Jan’s major commitments at LaRocca are the project management, creation, and administration of a newly adopted Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system in order to effectively manage LaRocca Integrated Solutions’ information related to current and future customers. Additionally, she is embracing the world of merchant processing and how she may best assist the company by streamlining processes.

Personally, Jan is an avid mountain biker and cycling advocate who has volunteered years of service through the New England Mountain Bike Association and the Massachusetts Department of Recreation and Conservation, as well as mentoring young cyclists.
